# Create a project from template

## Create a project from template
SnapActions lets you create a new Premiere Pro project from a template directly from the blinkl.io command bar, without going through the start screen.

## Start from a template
1. Open the Ring.
2. Select **SnapActions**
3. Type **create project from template**.

3. Press **Enter** to open **Create from Template**.
4. Select a template from the list or use the search bar to filter templates by name.

5. Press **Enter** to create the new project.

## Create from a template by typing its name
If you already know the template name:
1. Open blinkl.io.
2. Type the **template name** or part of it.

3. In results, select **Create project from – [template]**.
4. Press **Enter**.

## What happens next
* SnapActions creates a **new project** from the selected template.
* Premiere Pro opens the new project if it is not already running.
