Create your custom effects presets

This article explains how to create and apply custom effects presets using SnapActions inside blinkl.io, directly in Adobe Premiere Pro.


Create a custom effects preset

  1. Select one or more clips in your Premiere Pro timeline.
  2. Open blinkl.io

(Command + K on Mac or Ctrl + K on Windows).

  1. Type the name of the native Premiere Pro effect you want to base the preset on.
  2. Select the effect from the list.
  3. Press Enter to open the effect controls.
  4. Adjust the effect’s settings to your preference.
  5. Press Command + S (Mac) or Ctrl + S (Windows).
  6. Name your preset.

Your preset is now saved and available as a SnapActions command.


Apply a custom preset

  1. Select one or more clips.
  2. Open blinkl.io.
  3. Type the name of your preset.
  4. Select it from the list.
  5. Press Enter to apply it to all selected clips.


Use Premiere Pro native presets

You can also apply presets you already created in Premiere Pro:

  1. Select clips.
  2. Open blinkl.io.
  3. Type the name of the Premiere Pro preset.
  4. Select it.
  5. Press Enter to apply.


Edit or delete a preset

  1. Open blinkl.io.
  2. Type custom effect preset.
  3. Select the preset to edit or delete.
  4. Follow the on-screen options.
