How to create a music-synchronized edit
Workflow

- Open a Premiere Pro sequence containing a music track and source clips on video tracks.
- Launch AutoEdit Clip.
- Choose the timeline scope and the music track to analyze. Mute other audio tracks so only one source track is analyzed.
- Select the music genre and start the analysis.
- Choose the musical events to use: all beats, downbeats, kick, snare or cymbal.
- Adjust the cut frequency.
- Set the priority of the video tracks that should supply clips.
- Enable optional automatic effects when appropriate.
- Generate the edit and review the result in Premiere Pro.
Keep the analyzed range under 10 minutes. AutoEdit Clip uploads the rendered audio for analysis and the interface indicates that it is removed from the server after 12 hours. Save a copy of the sequence before generating when you need to preserve the original edit.
