# Report a bug in blinkl.io

## How to report an issue or a bug?

Use the **Report an issue** control available from blinkl.io or the active Blink.

## Step 1 - Open the report form

1. Open blinkl.io.
2. Open the **Report an issue** control.
3. If the problem is associated with a specific Blink, open the form while that Blink is active when possible.

## Step 2 - Describe the problem

Explain:

* What you were trying to do.
* What happened instead.
* What you expected to happen.
* Whether the issue happens every time or only sometimes.

## Step 3 - Add the key context

Include:

* The active Adobe application and its version.
* Your operating system.
* The project or sequence state.
* The selected Blink or exact command name.
* The exact steps needed to reproduce the issue.
* A screenshot or short recording when useful.

Never include passwords or payment information.

## Step 4 - Send the report

1. Review the description and reproduction steps.
2. Submit the form.
3. Relevant blinkl.io, host-extension and Blink logs are attached automatically when available.

## Report an issue is not working

Open **Settings → General → Logs → Open logs folder**, compress the generated folder and send it through the support channel with a description of the problem.
