What is AnyPaste?

AnyPaste: paste clipboard assets directly into your Premiere Pro timeline

20–30 second recording showing clipboard content pasted through AnyPaste and appearing in the Premiere Pro timeline.

AnyPaste is a blinkl.io Blink for Adobe Premiere Pro that turns clipboard content, local files and supported online media into usable project assets and places them on the timeline.

Designed for fast importing

Importing small assets, downloading online media and converting unsupported formats can interrupt an edit. AnyPaste handles those steps from blinkl.io so you can keep working without repeatedly opening the standard Import workflow.

What you can do with AnyPaste

  • Paste an asset from your clipboard directly into Premiere Pro.
  • Import supported image, video, audio and PDF content.
  • Paste links from supported media services.
  • Convert compatible formats that Premiere Pro cannot import natively.
  • Reuse an item from your recent pastes.

Supports SVG and common media

AnyPaste can prepare timeline-ready assets from content such as:

  • Images: SVG, HEIC, WebP, AVIF, BMP, TIFF, GIF, PNG and JPG.
  • Video: MKV, MOV, MP4 and WebM.
  • Audio: Opus, FLAC, MP3 and WAV.
  • Documents: PDF.

Formats that Premiere Pro cannot read directly are converted to a compatible image, video or audio format. Plain clipboard text is not supported.

The current AnyPaste interface supports compatible links from services including:

  • Video and social: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, Vimeo, Twitch, Reddit, Dailymotion, TED, Kick, Bilibili, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Tumblr, BBC iPlayer, Bluesky, Threads and Rumble.
  • Audio: SoundCloud, Bandcamp, Spotify and Mixcloud.
  • Other supported sources: Pinterest, Dropbox and Google Drive.

Availability still depends on the source being accessible and on the platform allowing the download.

Predictable placement on the timeline

When inserting an asset, AnyPaste:

  • Uses the active In/Out range when one is set.
  • Otherwise starts the insertion from the playhead.
  • Uses the preferred available track.

Automatic project organization

Imported assets are grouped in an AnyPaste - Assets bin. In AnyPaste settings, you can use a dedicated download/export folder or store generated files relative to the Premiere Pro project.

Part of the blinkl.io ecosystem

AnyPaste opens from blinkl.io or the Ring and keeps recent pastes available for reuse. Some online platforms may request browser-cookie consent when authenticated access is required or an anonymous quota has been reached.
