What is AnyPaste ?

AnyPaste: paste clipboard assets directly into your Premiere Pro timeline

AnyPaste is a blinkl.io extension for Adobe Premiere Pro that lets editors paste what’s in their clipboard as a usable asset and place it on the timeline with one shortcut.

Designed for fast importing

Importing small assets (icons, overlays, references) can slow down an edit.

AnyPaste turns clipboard content into timeline-ready media, so you can keep working without switching context.

What you can do with AnyPaste

  • Paste an asset from your clipboard directly to the timeline
  • Paste content copied from the web (including online assets)
  • Paste SVG content even though Premiere Pro doesn’t support SVG natively
  • Paste formats not supported natively by Premiere Pro (for example .webm)

Supports SVG and common media

AnyPaste can create timeline-ready items from clipboard content such as:

  • SVG: SVG files or inline SVG code
  • Images: .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .webp…
  • Video: .mp4, .mov (and unsupported formats converted when possible, like .webm)
  • Audio: .mp3, .wav, .aac…
  • Design files: .ai (Adobe Illustrator)

Predictable placement on the timeline

When you paste, AnyPaste places the asset using simple rules:

  • Uses the last available track
  • If an In/Out range is set, it uses it
  • Otherwise, it places at the **playhead position **

Automatic project organization

AnyPaste creates a dedicated folder in the Project panel to keep pasted assets grouped and easy to find.

Part of the blinkl.io ecosystem

AnyPaste runs inside blinkl.io and is available instantly from the command bar.

Trigger it with your AnyPaste shortcut to paste without opening the Import workflow.
