Beat Detector is a free blinkl.io extension for Adobe Premiere Pro that analyzes a music track and generates beat markers on the timeline.

What it does

• Detects beats and rhythm peaks in an audio track
• Converts those beats into Premiere Pro markers
• Creates a clear rhythmic guide for timing edits (cuts, transitions, visual accents)

Marker types

Beat Detector can generate markers as:

• Sequence markers: on the sequence timeline
• Clip markers: attached to the audio clip

Customization

• Detection range: entire timeline or a defined range (In/Out)
• Marker colors: 8 color options
