How to report an issue or a bug?

blinkl.io includes a built-in Report an issue form to send a bug report to the team. When you send a report, logs are attached automatically to help investigate.

Step 1 - Open the report form

Option A - With the keyboard shortcut

Open blinkl.io.
Use the keyboard shortcut Command + Shift + i on macOS or Control + Shift + i on Windows

Option B - With the mouse

Open blinkl.io.
Click More actions (bottom bar).

Select Report an issue.

Step 2 - Describe the problem

In Report a problem, write a short and detailed description:

What you were trying to do
What happened: actual result
What you expected to happen
Whether it happens every time or only sometimes

Step 3 - Add the key context

Include the details that help reproduce the issue:

The SnapActions / extension command you ran (exact name)
The steps to reproduce (1 → 2 → 3)
Your Premiere Pro version and OS (macOS/Windows)
Any relevant project context (sequence type, media type, etc.)

Step 4 - Send the report

Click Send report.

Logs are sent automatically with your report, so you don’t need to export them manually.
