Send your logs to support
The logs file contains technical data about how blinkl.io is running on your machine. When our support team asks for your logs, it helps us diagnose issues quickly and get you back to editing.
What are logs?
Logs are automatically generated files that record blinkl.io's activity in the background. Just send them to us and we'll handle the rest.
Send your logs on Windows
- Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog.
- Type %TEMP% and press **Enter. **This opens your temporary files folder
%TEMP%
- Find the io.blinkl folder
- Right-click on it and select Compress to ZIP file
- Send the ZIP file to our team via SwissTransfer and share the download link in the chat
Send your logs on macOS
- Open the Terminal (you can search for it in Spotlight with ⌘ + Space)
- Type the following command and press Enter :
open $TMPDIR
- This opens your temporary files folder, find the io.blinkl folder
- Right-click on it and select Compress
- Send the ZIP file to our team via SwissTransfer and share the download link in the chat
