Uninstall blinkl.io on Windows (replacement draft)

Step 1: Uninstall the application

1. Quit blinkl.io.
2. Quit all Adobe applications.
3. Open Windows Settings → Apps → Installed apps.
4. Find blinkl.io and select Uninstall.

Step 2: Delete 'AppData' files

1. Only perform this step when doing a clean reinstall.
2. Remove only blinkl.io application data.
3. Do not delete unrelated application folders.

Step 3: Delete 'LocalAppData' files

1. Only perform this step when support requests a complete reset.
2. Remove only the remaining blinkl.io local data.
3. Remember that this can remove local preferences.

Step 4: Delete temporary files

1. Treat temporary-file cleanup as optional.
2. Use it only when an installation or update repeatedly fails.
3. Remove only temporary folders belonging to blinkl.io.

Step 5: Delete PPro extension directories

1. Open the Adobe CEP extensions directory.
2. Remove only blinkl.io folders such as io.blinkl.ppro, io.blinkl.ppro.staging or io.blinkl.production when present.
3. Do not remove other Adobe extensions.

Restart Windows before reinstalling if Premiere Pro or After Effects continues to load an older extension.
