Install blinkl.io and complete the first setup

Step 1 - Download blinkl.io


blinkl.io download page with operating-system installers.


  1. Open your blinkl.io account or the official download page.
  2. Download the installer for macOS or Windows.
  3. Close Adobe applications before starting the installation.


Step 2 – Open the installer


blinkl.io installer ready to be opened.


Accessibility permission enabled for blinkl.io on macOS.


  1. Open the downloaded installer.
  2. Follow the instructions for macOS or Windows.
  3. Launch blinkl.io when the installation finishes.


On macOS:


  1. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility.
  2. Enable blinkl.io so mouse triggers can work.
  3. Restart blinkl.io if macOS requests it.


Step 3 – Create your account


Create-account option in blinkl.io onboarding.


  1. Create an account or sign in.
  2. Use the email address linked to your license or subscription.
  3. Enter activation information only when blinkl.io requests it.


Step 4 – Set your Hotkey

Choose at least one Ring trigger during onboarding:


  • Cmd + right-click on macOS or Ctrl + right-click on Windows.
  • Middle-click over an Adobe window.
  • A global keyboard shortcut.


You can change these options later under Settings → Hotkeys.


Step 5 – Configure your first Ring


  1. Add the Blinks and instant actions you use most often.
  2. Arrange them in the order you prefer.
  3. Create nested rings later when you need additional groups.


Step 6 – Verify the Adobe connection


  1. Open a supported Adobe application.
  2. Open or create a project when the Blink requires one.
  3. Launch a compatible Blink from blinkl.io.
