Report a bug in blinkl.io

How to report an issue or a bug?

Use the Report an issue control available from blinkl.io or the active Blink.

Step 1 - Open the report form

1. Open blinkl.io.
2. Open the Report an issue control.
3. If the problem is associated with a specific Blink, open the form while that Blink is active when possible.

Step 2 - Describe the problem

Explain:

• What you were trying to do.
• What happened instead.
• What you expected to happen.
• Whether the issue happens every time or only sometimes.

Step 3 - Add the key context

Include:

• The active Adobe application and its version.
• Your operating system.
• The project or sequence state.
• The selected Blink or exact command name.
• The exact steps needed to reproduce the issue.
• A screenshot or short recording when useful.

Never include passwords or payment information.

Step 4 - Send the report

1. Review the description and reproduction steps.
2. Submit the form.
3. Relevant blinkl.io, host-extension and Blink logs are attached automatically when available.

Report an issue is not working

Open Settings → General → Logs → Open logs folder, compress the generated folder and send it through the support channel with a description of the problem.
