Find and send blinkl.io logs

Send your logs to support

Use the log collector built into blinkl.io instead of searching temporary folders manually.

What are logs?

Logs contain technical events from blinkl.io, the Adobe host extension and active Blinks. They help support identify when and where a failure occurred.

Send your logs on Windows

Open logs folder control in blinkl.io settings.

  1. Open Settings → General → Logs.
  2. Select Open logs folder.
  3. Reproduce the problem shortly before collection when possible.
  4. Compress the timestamped folder as a ZIP file and send it to support.

Send your logs on macOS

  1. Open Settings → General → Logs.
  2. Select Open logs folder.
  3. Reproduce the problem shortly before collection when possible.
  4. Compress the timestamped folder as a ZIP file and send it to support with the approximate time of the problem.

Conclusion

Reports submitted through Report an issue normally attach relevant logs automatically. Manual collection is only needed when support requests it or the report form cannot be used.
